As the pandemic continued and predictability was at a premium, International Relations Council leadership continued to focus on immediate needs while building infrastructure for future success. Thanks to the thoughtful nimbleness of board members, IRC members, and staff during the pandemic, a number of new and revised initiatives have grown momentum for the IRC and shown increased relevance for a range of stakeholders. Members and other supporters have responded positively to these adjustments, and the IRC is on increasingly solid footing going forward despite any ongoing external challenges.
